Special offer prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels and use of all facilities as listed.

Central heating and supply of logs for the fire are also included in Le Weekend rates. For long lets we can arrange delivery of central heating fuel and logs but these should be paid for locally.

Unless agreed in advance, we do not provide a cleaning service. Houses will be presented clean, tidy and fully equipped. We ask that you leave the house as you find it. For long lets we will supply two sets of bed linen, towels etc at the outset.

For an extra €12 - payable locally - we will ensure you are greeted on arrival with fresh bread, milk. juice, wine, tea, coffee, jam and butter. We can also organise restaurant bookings and more extensive food shopping.

Cleaning - the services of a cleaner may be arranged locally -€70 p day

Damage deposit: We require a returnable damage deposit of £150 for Le Weekend breaks and of £300 for long lets.
